Organizing Favorites

The following table summarizes the use of the Organzie button s on the Favorites tab to rearrange the files in the Favorites list.

ATTENTION Depending on the location of the file selected in the Favorites list, some Organize buttons may be unavailable.

If You Want To . . .	Then, . . .
Promote the selected child file of a parent file to the root Favorites directory.	Click the Promote button.
Demote the selected file to be a child of the file preceeding it in the Favorites list.	Click the Demote button
Move the selected file up in the Favorites list hierarchy.	Click the Move up button
Move the selected file down in the Favorites list hierarchy.	Click the Move down button
